Recently Zaha Hadid Architects showed off their plans for a terminal at the Beijing airport. The designs show a stunning vaulted ceiling, a plethora of windows to maximize natural lighting, and a sleek, streamlined design that will support the heavy traffic it will doubtless receive—it will be the largest passenger terminal in the world, and is expected to see traffic of 45 million passengers per year!
